Norwegian Bliss, the next cruise ship from Norwegian Cruise Line emerged from her dry dock within the assembly building at the Meyer Werft ship yard in Papenburg, Germany. The ship will remain in the shipyard during the fitting out process, the final stage in the ship’s construction. Royal Caribbean is planning to makeover the Mariner of the Seas in a big way.
