Princess Cruises fourth Royal Class vessel, Sky Princess, successfully completed her sea trials ahead of her October debut. The new cruise ship set out to sea from the construction dock at Fincantieri Shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy and was put through a series of maneuvers to test the propulsion, steering and navigational equipment. Princess Cruises announced that the name for their next Royal-Class cruise ship will be Sky Princess. Currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Montfalcone, Italy, Sky Princess will join sister ships Royal Princess, Regal Princess and Majestic Princess. The 143,700 ton, 3,660-passenger vessel, due to arrive in October 2019, will feature an evolution of the successful design platform used for previous Royal-class ships.
