Carnival Cruise Line announced plans to makeover the Carnival Triumph with a $200-Million dry dock, that will transform the 19 year old ship with venues that are found on their most recent cruise ships. At the completion of the dry dock, the ship will be renamed Carnival Sunrise and will be the second ship in Carnival’s Sunshine Class. Carnival Horizon, the newest cruise ship from Carnival Cruise Line, celebrated the official naming ceremony by the ship’s Godmother, Queen Latifah. Carnival Horizon joins the Carnival Cruise Line Fleet

At the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, Carnival Cruise Line has taken delivery of the 26th ship in their fleet, Carnival Horizon.
